The information collected on these sites is used solely by SAL Family and Community Services or one of its authorized programs.  Information which relates to the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) in Illinois, ExceleRate in Illinois, or Child Care Assistance (CCA) or the Quality Rating System (QRS) in Iowa will be shared as necessary/required with Illinois and Iowa Departments of Human Services (DHS), the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), or United Way of the Quad Cities. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via registration forms, IDHS applications/registrations/requests for information, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us or to confirm your participation in a training, professional development opportunity, or other event that required you to complete a registration form. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to communicate with a training instructor or outside specialist who is working with you, your family, or your child care business.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about upcoming training sessions, IDHS news or alerts, new services or special events, or changes to this privacy policy.

We request information from you on training registration forms and enrollment request forms. To register for a training with an associated fee from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to register you and/or your staff for the training session. If we have trouble processing your registration, we'll use this information to contact you.
